YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
We are hiring for a Search Account Executive to play a vital role within our Digital Team, focusing on the execution and operational excellence of Paid Search activity. This role will support the delivery of campaigns for several key clients across various sectors, ensuring accuracy and performance alignment with client objectives.
This role sits within the Digital Team, reporting to a Digital Account Manager. This role requires a foundational understanding of how to set up, monitor, and support the optimisation of Paid Search campaigns. The successful candidate will be passionate about Paid Search, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the "why" behind campaign performance.
The primary focus of this role is the technical and operational support of Google and Microsoft Ads. Ensuring data accuracy, maintaining high standards of activation excellence, and supporting day-to-day client communications are key aspects of the role. The position offers significant room for growth and career progression, with structured training provided to build deep channel expertise.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Must Have Skills
Some experience in paid search activation, including the accurate setup of campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
A meticulous eye for detail to ensure accurate campaign data, taxonomy population, and budget pacing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to respond promptly to queries and provide clear updates to internal teams and clients.
Ability to use platform data to draw insights and assist in optimisation cycles.
Nice to Have Skills
Familiarity with SA360, tracking and tagging is a bonus.
A self-starter attitude, using internal and external resources to troubleshoot and build knowledge before escalation.
Experience sharing industry trends or platform updates with the wider team to support collective growth.
