YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
This is a senior role within a growing team, reporting to a Client Managing Director. You will be responsible for line-managing two Account Directors and overseeing a wider team of eight, so a passion for mentoring and developing talent is essential.
You will also work closely with specialists across marketing effectiveness, strategy, partnerships, and digital, requiring a strong collaborative working style.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The two accounts you will own, are both long standing clients with ambitious growth goals.
We manage the full media mix for these clients so we need a capable media planner who can develop and oversee complex campaigns . Channels managed include Brand TV, DRTV, BVOD, Partnerships, Print, DM, Door Drops, Digital Video, Audio, Digital Display, Paid Social and PPC.
This multifaceted client mix calls for someone who can both build and navigate senior client relationships, and develop brilliant multi-channel media plans.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Must Have Skills
- Extensive multi-channel media planning experience
- Strong commercial understanding, with experience in reporting and driving profitability
- Adept at building and growing relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience of leading and developing a team
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with charity clients
- Experience of leading and converting new business pitches
- A strong understanding of measurement, including econometrics
