You’ll be responsible for delivering channel growth by elevating the way we work: from engaging with partners and driving operational efficiency to ensuring consistency, quality of output, and strong talent distribution across the team.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across the agency to deliver excellence in paid social, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Establish a consistent, accountable, and effective approach to delivering best-in-class campaigns across client teams.
- Drive the ongoing development of our social proposition by leveraging market trends, platform innovations, and partner opportunities.
- Act as a key advocate for social—reporting on performance, educating internally, and aligning its growth with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with channel and department leads to ensure social is fully integrated into overall marketing strategies.
- Build strong, transparent relationships with key client stakeholders, proactively identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop outcome-focused, innovative, and collaborative partnerships with media platforms and partners.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Proven experience in delivering and coaching best-in-class activation, particularly in Paid Social.
- Expertise in managing and optimising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of integrating paid and organic social strategies, with the ability to support content planning and broader channel strategy.
- Ability to translate complex social metrics into clear, actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
- Commercially minded, with a proven track record of driving growth and identifying new business opportunities across social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in all key reporting tools.
- Experienced leader and mentor, with a background in managing and developing teams of 5+ paid media specialists.
- Naturally curious and constantly seeking optimisation opportunities.
- Personable, with a strong desire to help others flourish and succeed.
